Low battery this AM and i pooped myself when the immobiliser light came on, restarted and all good, phew!

No more dashcam unless i am driving - its always on as a security cam....

I spliced mine into the radio loom so it's only powered when I start the car and turns off when it's off.

Much safer way of doing things!

Did that but thought i t would be cool as a security cam, still all the locals are taking bags to pick up after their dogs now.

Spliced mine to 12V in the headlight connector. Also thought it would be great to have 24/7 surveillance, but that bugger can draw up to 700 mA, so high chance I'd have to take the bus way more often than I'd like.

On another point, once the local scrotes realise the camera is rolling, do they not act up to the camera and star in their own porn movie.

EWWW no not the efrums that we get here, please god no.
Its going back to only when the car is on but nobody need to know. 2 homes looking onto our green have camera surveillance anyway.
