Default 2.0D Service Schedules

Morning I have a V50 2.0D Manual just had 50000m service ( car is July 2009) Service appeared just the usual oil and filter change. No air filter, brake fluid or pollen filter.
The owners manual doesn't detail what is required at each service unlike the previous VAG cars I have had. Can anyone give me an idea of what should be done at each service?
I have owned the car since new and it has always been serviced bang on it's due time.
Thanks
And merry Christmas.
Oh yes when I purchased the car i got confirmation from Volvo CS that no DPF top up is required or replacement.

Can no one help?
Is there a standard age/mileage when:
The air filter is changed?
The brake fluid renewed?
Coolant renewed?
Pollen filter replaced?
Surely someone should be able to come up with the correct advice.

Every 12 months or every 12000 miles.
Air filter is every 3rd service
Pollen filter every service.
Brake fluid is every 2 years
Coolant is only checked at service and changed when required

Also the volvo garage should have given you a service check sheet with everything listed and ticked as to what was done and should be done at what mileage etc .. go back and ask for it and ask why they didnt do the prescribed pollen filter too . Did they adjust the handbrake lever ?

Handbrake was adjusted but I specifically asked for that. Neither air filter or pollen filter has been changed at this(50k) or previous (38k) service which was about 8 months ago.

Well the air filter AND fuel filter should have been changed at the 37500 service , the 50000 is a small service .
who have you let look after your volvo not a dealer i suspect .

No Lloyds in Carlisle. This was a complimentary from Volvo Customer Services in lieu of various warranty issues I have had in the 2.5 years I have owned the car. I did find a check sheet from a previous service in my "files" and the copy invoice Lloyds have sent me tallies up with what was required.
Because their valeter comes and picks up/ drops off the car sometimes it's a little more difficult to find out what is done. Their service though has been excellent. The car was purchased new from Parks, Ayr in July 2009 and due to the very shoddy pre sales, prepping of the car and handover I have never returned. So they have lost out on so far 50000m of servicing work, quite a bit of warranty work and a towbar. Parks will not have repeat business from me.

I'm not a fan of them neither. Our V70 goes there regularly only because it's leased and can't be bothered driving to Glasgow. We recently complained about poor workmanship and rude service desk, was told the service manager would call which he didn't.

Makes you wonder if they've actually done anything.

Oil and cabin filter should be done every service.

No invoice, check list or paperwork does make you a little suspect.
