  • VOC Members: There is no login facility using your VOC membership number or the details from page 3 of the club magazine. You need to register in the normal way
  • AOL Customers: Make sure you check the 'Remember me' check box otherwise the AOL system may log you out during the session. This is a known issue with AOL.

something been bugging me for a while now regarding keys. sold s40 sport 03 to mate, one day locked up the car, came back about an hour later .... nothing, tried changing battery still nothing, contacted local dealer they priced up at 900quid farse. I remember seeing somewhere might be on here, that if your near mobile phone mast it can fry inside key something like a power surge, has anybody else come across this, or an alternative. thanks

Pretty certain mobile mast could not fry an electronic board. Could be that the ntenna RC module located just above the speedometer is faulty, or that the lock alarm module under the radio has gone bad. My money would be on the antenna module, part number 30857627

thanks, I didn't think this would happen, sounds a bit far fetched, may heard it somewhere else. the car had fair bit done, vvt ,timing belt, brakes, suspension etc. but had to get rid, had 3 "auto sparks" none could get to bottom of it, keeps asking me if ive heard anything about it. but now got got idea and interesting for future, thanks again gatos
