Default A few Questions

Firstly, I have a 15g here that I've clocked to fit RWD. I didn't know about the different exhaust flanges and after spending hours taking off my 13c, realised my 15g is flat flanged. I'll be getting a custom down-pipe made anyway so I guess it won't be a problem making the down-pipe flat-flanged, might even make it cheaper?

Which clutch kit should I buy to fit an m90 to a solid flywheel? I know it has to be 228mm and have 20 splines. People have said to buy the late tdi clutch kit, but the only ones I can find are 228mm with 22 splines, any help much appreciated!

Clutch info here:

Although that's got Volvo branded on it, and I'm sure Foggyjames said somewhere they are £500 from Volvo!

Typing LUK clutch into the search box at top of the page, should take you to boxman's post of April 18 2010 "Juddery clutch - DMF?" All the info you need re part numbers etc is there, including pics, courtesy of Chesh 740R. LUK 3pc clutch, 623224000 is the one that was used on my 98 940. As I said before, the parts in the kit were actually Sachs. Sorry it's a bit late, but I couldn't find the post where I got some of the info from, and I'd given the bit of paper with all the numbers to the guy who did the job.

Pete.
