Default passenger window regulator

Okay, I have worked on a lot of cars and fixed a lot of window regulators in my 49 years but THIS one has me friggin' stumped.
The passenger window on my S80 started hanging up and so I worked on it yesterday, while working on it it got worse and eventually buckled the rear arm (see picture).
So I am thinking, no biggie...I'll just replace the damned thing. They are only like $700 from Volvo.... or perhaps I can find a salvage yard item. So I go to looking at how it comes out.
I can't figure it out. Now, every damned thing I took off to get to this point with the exception of the interior panel has been RIVETED on. Even the door speaker was riveted on. But I can see two TORX screws up inside and behind the steel inner skin plus a couple of rivets that appear to hold the regulator to a brace welded inside the door on the outer skin. Problem is...I see NO way to get to them. Even if I drill out the rivets holding the interior door handle, to expose that access, the TORX screws and rivets are BEHIND THE DAMNED DOOR SKIN!
How the HELL did this thing get installed in the first place? There has to be a logical answer I am just not seeing.

Default Regulator replacement

I had to do this in my son's S80. I got the part online for around $190.
The part is rivited in. There are 4 rivits that have to be drilled out. There are access holes in the door that allows it. I think the door latch also had to come out with 4 rivits on it.
It was tricky to get the rivit gun inside the door to replace them but it possible. With my buddys help it took 4 hours start to finish.

Good Luck

Default Replacement

After looking at your picture, the holes to the right and below the door handle are the access holes. You have to remove the window and then put the regulator 1/2 way down. The rivits will be able to be drilled out from the access holes. There are 4 that hold it in.
The space is so tight you have to replace with rivits. I tried nuts and bolts but they are too thick and the window will not go down.
