V40 Dashboard Failure
The dashboard on my T4 occasionally loses all functions (petrol, temp, speed). The mileage total shows ------ but strangely the trip mileage seems to work OK still.
This has happenend a few times and usually rights itself after a day or so. I'm about to embark on a mission to find the loose connection....has anybody got any hints? Alternatively does anybody know of this being a common software problem with the engine management system. TIA Jon |

RE: V40 Dashboard Failure
on the back of the cluster is poorly manufactured printed circuit board which provides the power to all the instruments.
You probably have a duff conection on the multi pin plugs or the printed circuit could have a track down. |
