Default Wheels and induction kit

I have a '93 2.0 20V GLT with 4 stud steel wheels on at the moment.

1. Can i get volvo alloys for it from another model - T5 alloys are 5 stud (boo hoo)

2. That fantastic sounding 5 pot motor would sound superb with a cone on the induction. Does anyone know of any available for this engine????

Suggest you speak to Don Norchi at Kalmar Union.

He does a Viper induction kit for these cars which is pretty sexy sounding and good for a bit of ooommpphh too!!

As for the alloys - you may have to settle for 3rd party aftermarket, but BEWARE - they're usually soft as anything and you have a heavy car! Again speak to Don and see what he can suggest.

www.kalmar-union.com (and dont panic - he's not gone away yet!!)

Phil :)

Hi scott, I had a 93 850 like yours, it was a great car. I didn't have anyluck obtaining volvo alloys so I had to get after market alloys.

I went for team dynamics motorsports which looked great. Because the car was 4 stud they wheels would not fit the other volvos I have had. So I had to let them go with the car gutted...

You need to be careful of what alloys to go for, because the owner who bought my car contacted me, and told me over time his alloys had cracked. I have no idea how this could happen but, it might be due to the car being so heavey.

I would opt for wheels by bbs because they make some wheels for volvo.

As for the induction kit, there are a lot to choose from. Don should give you good advise.

Anyway good luck with you choice an let us know how you do.
