Default Shifting linkage, where do I find these?

I am wondering if these are available anywhere or stopped production? If they are around, do they have a product name or manufacturer?

Does anyone have the specifications of making one? Like measurements and such?

Does the linkage arm work on a 1966 220 Estate B18?

On a sidenote - Does anyone have any good links on how to lay carpeting/upholester an interior??

Thanks for all the help and tips. You all are a treasure trove. Anyone that knows my past thread, my update is that school starts next week and hopefully mechanics will take it and get it running. I'm going to be buying a fender I think when it runs and hopefully use it as a driver for awhile, but I need to do something with the interior. =P
