I have had an email from a Volvo Owner in Montenegro asking form a Owners manual for a 1997 V40

Loads on eBay, a few '97 ones in the listings, they would have to contact the sellers to enquire about postage

I have a spare 2000 owners manual if that's any good, only want price of postage. It's only the manual, no grey wallet or anything.

Probably cheaper to buy one rather than printing 140 pages! Although reading it in PDF is free.
