  • VOC Members: There is no login facility using your VOC membership number or the details from page 3 of the club magazine. You need to register in the normal way
  • AOL Customers: Make sure you check the 'Remember me' check box otherwise the AOL system may log you out during the session. This is a known issue with AOL.
  • AOL, Yahoo and Plus.net users. Forum owners such as us are finding that AOL, Yahoo and Plus.net are blocking a lot of email generated from forums. This may mean your registration activation and other emails will not get to you, or they may appear in your spam mailbox

Default HELP - Will a software change for DRL's wipe remap?

I'm getting DRL's turned off on Friday

Our car has been remapped ....will the change wipe it back to std?

just spoken to indy - they say it won't be affected

Just dont see the point in turning off a safety feature. You dont see them when driving so why?

No it wont affect the engine ECU , but may be mismatch errors when the car is interrogated by the volvo computer in sweden , who knows ...? only the person who wrote the tuning software , can you post the software part number which turns the running lights off when you get it done ? I thought it was no longer available for the
V50 ..

Car is not under warranty and won't be going to dealers for next service - so any mismatch is not their worry

it's my personal choice to get them turned off.

I shall ask them for the number
