Well just an update, got 4 wheele laser tracking done on car today and what a difference, the rear N/S wheel was a mile out, but all true and running great now and boy how simple it was for the garage to do, took 35 mins and cost £35 not bad considering Volvo wanted £95 +vat LOL.
Just need some new fecking tyres now!!!.
My thanx to all who answered my original question regarding this matter
