So after owning 2 XC90's over 7 years, I quit for an E Class estate E350 cdi 8 months ago.

Today I am ordering a MY16 XC60 R design Lux Nav, magic blue, winter pack & front sensors.

The E class was lovely, quiet, smooth, very powerful and had lots of extras - but I hated it in the wet or winter and really didn't trust it at all in corners, even with new tyres.

Test drove a Mercedes GLA (petrol & diesel), X3 3l, Q5 and here I am back with a volvo.

Gruff - yes, slower - yes, more comfortable - yes, nicer interior & exterior - in my opinion yes and just felt better.

Looking forward to taking delivery.

One question having had speed sensitive steering on my XC90 R but not on my SE, I couldn't remember much difference - any comment on whether it's worth the extra small payment?

Nice Spec is the Magic Blue one of the new colours, if so I may take a look at that colour.

Good choice Sir, you'll love it,
Haven't tried the speed sensitive steering but I find the steering much lighter than cars I have had before.
AWD or FWD
manual or auto?

Nice spec and the tinted windows add that bit of class to the car as well. Lovely car.

Yes, sure is now 220bhp for MY16 - or at least it is everywhere else on the globe EXCEPT the UK whilst VCUK get their act in order and catch up with everyone else.

Re Polestar, I emailed them 2 weeks ago & they are currently working on a fresh hotter brew as below their below email.

Hi,
Currently we can not offer any optimization for your engine. We will release all new optimisations for new MY week 20. So please, check www.polestar.com . You will find all the optimization spec when the optimization is released.

Best Regards
Polestar
