Default performance bits for volvo's

a very good friend of mine is looking to make up preformance and cosmetic bits for volvo's such as 2.5" and 3" full systems and cat back systems for older volvo's e.g.200 700 and 900 series also exhaust mainifold heat sheilds, coolant bottles and other engine dress up bits as well as s/s spacers for fwd volvo wheels for our old bricks...

my main question is would people be interested in any of these, and also any things people can think of that they would like?

cheers

Thumbs up

I'd definately be interested in 900 series parts (as long as they are cheap, lol)!!!!!!!!!

I don't know why it hasn't been done before.

The market will be relatively small for the older cars, but certainly people are after bigger exhausts and down pipes for the 700 and 900 series turbos especially. The ones being imported are crazy expensive compared to how they are priced in Sweden.

Hi,

There would also be people interested in good S/S replacement systems for 200's I would think.

I would be fussy though and want 316 S/S and not 304...

But if he had the pattern for making the 200's, 700's, 800's and 900's he would get a fair crack of business over a year.

Maybe worth him signing up as a commercial poster here to offer his wares...

Des. . .

Default Stainless exhausts for older Volvos.

I can supply Ferrita stainless exhausts from Ferrita in Sweden to special order for some older vehicles.....I do not stock any here as there has allways been a very limited interest.

You can check what they offer at www.ferrita.se

Regards, Don.
