Default Winter mats - anygood?

Had an email from Volvo offering a discount on the winter floor mats, anybody have these and any good?
Our XC90 came with the 3-section ruberised mats in the boot and was wondering if they are the same quality/construction.

If you mean the plastic snow trays, many cars have, they are brilliant.

They reduce wet carpets and probably, consequently, rotten floors!👍

Haven't seen the winter mats specifically but as a general point the Volvo heavy duty rubber mats are the best you can get.

Another vote for the heavy duty rubber mats.

At £50 they seem good value, have found a few local dealers as away in the caravan, last site got a bit muddy and my prestine front carpets are not looking to good. hopefully a stock item!

Well worth £50. You can also get a cheap rubber tunnel mat as well to cover the carpet behind the centre console from ebay.

If they are similar to the Snow Mats as supplied to the 240 model then "YES"
These have only lasted 30 plus years though!
Under carpets are spot on- even the later type for the V70 ('97) are as good.

Bob.

Bought a set for our V70 and they're the best I've seen anywhere.
