Default Cleaning cream leather seats

Been giving my newly acquired S40 a thorough clean up and though the seats aren't dirty there are dark crease lines which I'd like to sort. I've cleaned them with leather cleaner and conditioner that I got from somewhere for a settee but that doesn't touch it - any suggestions/tips?

All car seats are covered in a protective lacquer which means the leather is sealed in. The products sold which clean and nourish are only of half-use. You can't nourish through the lacquer.

Best way to clean your seats is by using ph neutral soap such as Johnsons baby shampoo. This doesn't attack the protective, flexible leather lacquer and will clean your seats nicely.

Hello,
Volvo produce a kit available here:
http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/2910384331...141%26_rdc%3D1
Not tried it myself, I use the cheaper Zymol cleaner, a more expensive one is available from their website, but it too is a very gentle cleaner, takes a bit of effort to clean. And then this leaves the situation where I don't want too rub to hard for fear of damaging the surface.
Cheers

If it's cracks in the leather, you'll probably need a leather recolouring kit - they're quite expensive

They're not cracks, just small creases...

Have a look at the Gliptone site, they've got products for everything . Another place to try is the furniture stores, they often sell their own leather kits.

another thumbs up for Gliptone.

I've tried a number of different substances to clean marks off leather - they are all good for certain things but not everything. Plain dirt, I'd just use water with dab of soap. Don't rub, try and 'float' the dirt off. Eventually creases look like cracks - a bit of recoloring (Gliptone do Volvo colours or match) can help.
