V50 R-Design Grille, 2011

Hi All,

Need a few bits for my 2011 V50 R-Design.

Had a slight argument with a tree during last months storms... was doing ~60mph and it decided to lie down in front of me, thankfully it was a fir tree so (relatively) soft.

I was in it up to the windscreen, somehow the resulting damage was only a few broken fins on my main front grille, broken fin on the lower grille, hole/crack in my front bumper spoiler, and 2 small dents in the bonnet. A branch went right through the lower grille, but somehow missed / got deflected from the radiator.

Bodyshop say they can sort the bumper spoiler and bonnet dents for ~£300, was hoping to get PDR done on the dents but supposedly it's not possible on that bonnet because it's double skinned. Cost is less than I feared though, and WAY less than the stealers.

Anyhoo, trying to source the main front grille, I believe the one I need is p/n 31290757... but... it's nearly £200 !!! It's the one with the large round ironmark logo.

Anyone any good ideas on where to source them any cheaper than that ? On e-bay I'm just seeing grille for older MYs (do they fit ?) I believe I can get a non R-Design grille and just swap the badges over? TBH, the Volvo logo and diagonals are untouched.

Also, anyone know the correct part number for the lower grille and again best place to source one ?

RE: Front spoiler, if anyone happens to have one they don't want/need anymore and it's already painted in 426 Silver metallic... I'll have it ! There's one on ebay, but it's for the pre-facelift model so dunno if it'd fit :-/
