Default how do you find your cigarette lighter socket in the dark?

Hi

i find it had to see my cigarette lighter socket at night, now this wouldnt be a problem because i dont smoke but i do need to charge my sat nav and i cant see where the socket is without switching the reading light on, are the sockets ment to be lit up?

Ok, cheers, any idea how i get to it to replace the bulb?

Hooded Claw - those bulbs aren't quite right IMHO - the size/format is correct, i.e. capless, but they should be 12V, 1.2W not 6.5V like the ones in the packet.

You need to remove the lighter assembly - I think you can get to it by lifting the coin tray, if not then lift the whole centre console. Quite easy - I did it, detailed in my "Pride & Joy" thread somewhere.

yup, lift the coin tray out and then you can push the cig lighter out from below and replace the small bulb

Luxobarge if you do get bulb out the best places around here are


Your end Horley (cant rember the name off the place) Auto place by seven sins tatto's or My end JSB Autos (I got there address here some where)
