Default How do you do a rescan on the dab radio

Hi

On normal DAB radios there is a function that allows you to rescan the channels to pick up new or changed stations. I can't find that function on my 2015MY V70. The reason I wan to rescan is that Radio Kent doesn't show up even though it's my local BBC station.
I would have thought that it would be a basic function to be able to do a manual rescan.
Any help would be appreciated.

I'm assuming that you've got the same DAB radio as mine. On mine the station list automatically updates in the background as I drive around, which is what I'd expect on a car system rather than a home radio. There is no manual scan facility.

Hard to understand why you're not picking up your local digital station though. Perhaps a local land feature is blocking the line-of-sight broadcast?

Zebster

That's what I thought, but as stated would have thought that a manual scan be available. As for line of sight, I regularly drive past Bluebell Hill aerial farm which houses the TV and Radio transmitters for our area and which is situated right next to the M2. So I am really puzzled as to why.

Thanks for confirming the auto scan.
