S40: - 1.9 Oil Pan Replacement

How difficult of a job is changing out the oil pan on 2003 S40 with 1.9 turbo
? Can it be changed easily with the motor left in the car? I ran something over and punched a hole in mine.

hi,i have a v40 1.9 diesel 2003...and that was straight forward enough to remove the sump...http://www.volvoforums.org.uk/showth...val.......just be careful when torquing the sump bolts back up as to not over tighten them....i dont know the torque for yours,i am sure someone on here will let you know.
