Does anyone have a cat to back exhaust for sale?
Original, used, performance or new?

Euro Car Parts do a Klarius middle and rear for around £176, they have 25% discount coming up this Easter so will be £132. I would say that is pretty decent value, I've used Klarius before (was Timax) and they fit well, are decent quality and are made in the U.K at Cheadle in Staffordshire
Paint it with high temperature paint before fitting and it will last very well

I am assuming the Jetex one I keep coming across will give me a better performance. Hence the price difference?

They probably do I should think, otherwise any vehicle parts supplier will sell it.
Not sure what performance gains you would get with a Jetex but it should breathe easier and will certainly be a bit more fruity than standard but at a price. Take a look on the Klarius website for more details on their products http://www.klarius.eu/
They offer a 2 year warranty and in my experience are a good quality product.
If you are fitting one yourself, I find that if you can remove the whole system in one, you can build the new one alongside it to make sure it will line up when you offer it up and then you will not have to spend so much time fiddling around.

Found the middle and rear sections separately on eBay which come out at around 120 for both bits, obviously I don't know if these are 100% the right exhaust or not though...
