Default volvo s60 mirror module

Hello . i have a s60 2.4t 2002 ... after disconneting the battery not at the right way(the ignition was at 1 position, and i reconect after 10min at the same position) the remote control system was broken ...next day i have tried close to the rear view mirorr because is the remote control module and it works very close ... 99% of times it not work outside the car... i have 2 remote control , i have changed both of remote batteries and still the same situation ... i need to replace the mirror module(to buy an used on ebay with its remote control) or need to repair the receiver module or antenna inside the mirror ? thanks

2nd hand module won’t work, so don’t waste your money going down that line.

Have you tried your locks in other locations? Remote (haha) possibility it could be local interference to the keyfob frequency.

The receiver module (small daughter board on main circuit board in mirror) can be changed if you’re proficient with a soldering iron.

Which is the receiver module inside ?(this photo is equal as my module) .Yes i have firend who will make soldering. Thanks

Is it worth disconnecting the battery again to let everything reset. Just to see if the fault clears, resets.

yes i have disconnect the battery and still the same situation ... the remote works very close to the mirror (sometimes it doesnt work ) and outside the car works very close to the windows .. the same situation with both of remotes ...
