S40 r design front springs

Need new front springs for my 2006 s40 2.4i r design, how much lower is the r design sport suspension than the standard non r design car, had a quick look through old threads but can’t find any answers

I would say by about 20mm but could be wrong. Should not be too hard to get hold of springs Euro Car Parts etc stock standard springs
