Default How / Where to fit trailer sockets?

I've just bought / fitted an old Brink detachable towbar.
As there is no flange to mount the the plate for the sockets, I've been looking to see if there is anything in the design of the towbar to suggest a fitting point for the sockets, but there isn't.

So, how have others with detachable or swan neck towbars fitted their sockets?
I'd like them as discreet as possible, or it will defeat the point of having a detachable bar.

Any ideas gratefully accepted.

On my old car with detachable bar the socket was fixed to an L shaped plate that was bolted to the towbar where the bit for the detachable part to fit in is. Hope that makes sense.
I would have a wander round a car park and find a one to have a look, or google it. The other option would be to sell me the towbar lol.

I'd sell you the towbar, but you couldn't afford to pay my labour rates to remove it from the car !

The L bracket sounds like a plan, but I think it would be very visible with this towbar.
I don't know if it's a unusual fit but I can't find any pics of it on line...a bit strange. Maybe it's just old.

I just found this, it flips up out of sight. It might be ok if you have some way of fitting it.

Thanks.
I'd seen them but could figure where they flipped up to.
Just been back under car and realised that there is a bit of space between bottom of bumper and towbar.
I'll do my Blue Peter bit on Saturday, I think and see what I can come up with.
