Low MPG

Does any one know what the official mileage for 2016 XC90 is? Mine returns 25-26mpg for combined and around 30mpg for motorway driving. Is this consistent with other members experience?

I have xc60 2015 20k miles . I do a 106 miles run every week mixed carageway and lanes but keeping moving 50/60 mph and 70/80 on some goodbits, on my return the dash readout says average of 42mpg but i pump £30 worth of super diesel in it to bring it back to the level so its burning more than it says! the maths dont add up ! but its super driver, you pays your money and takes your choice! all the best!

You don't mention what engine you have or even whether it's diesel or petrol, this will have a significant bearing on fuel consumption.

However, try the Honest John Real MPG for an indication of what you should be getting. link below.

sorry D4 front wheel drive. whatever the mpg the ride is worth the money in my opinion . I have driven just about everything since 1967 but this is lovely, super linear power just keeps pulling . very nice, cant see me changing now probably my last vehicle. Oh i did mention putting diesel in it..

In my experience with a 2.5T:
~25mpg @ 70mph
~30mpg @ 60mph
