Default Head unit?

I have just bought a V70 D5 Se Sport, 55 reg....

Can anyone tell me what I need to upgrade the head unit to something more modern with a USB port, maybe even DAB?

What adaptors do I need in terms of cables to link into the standard radio wiring loom, what DIN plate do I need? Anything else?

The car currently has a HU650 radio fitted...

Regards
Eddy

A lot of us have added a Grom to the existing head units to play music from USB sticks or from phones. Works very well with great sound. Don't know about DAB.

You need a fascia adapter plate, a volvotech can interface and the stereo of your choice.
Afaik the volvotech is the only one with the speed and light outputs, along with the steering wheel control adapter plus the parking sensor beeper and a reverse output if you want to fit a reversing camera.
