Default Battery Totally Flat [no dash clock]

Just come back after leaving my car standing for 4 days, and found the battery is completly flat, no clock on the dash, not even trying to turn over when key tuned.

What is the best way to get going again? Get a new battery? Try and jumpstart my car somehow?

Any advices is good

sounds like a duff battery after 4 days unless something was left on accidently, try a recharge and see what its like after that, cam.

try to check the acid level before charging
