Default What is the Offset for a 2010 C30 wheel

Just wondering what the offset is for C30 rims on a 2010 model year car with 17 inch rims - has anyone got a clue. I am looking to buy a cheap set of aftermarket wheels, hence the question.

It seems buying a cheap set of aftermarket wheels is cheaper than buying second hand ones. I just need to get the right ones.

thanks,

Dell

I bought a set of used refurb Volvo 16" alloys from these chaps for my winter tyres. From memory I think it was around £350ish delivered. Although they are an alloy PX company they do also sell for cash. Worth a try?

On a similar note, will these fit, assume so but the offset is slightly smaller.

.

Winter complete wheel for VOLVO S40 2.0 D (Type M 100kW), Rim DEZENT RE dark 6.50 x 16 (LK 5/108, OS 50) with Kumho KW27 M+S marking 205/55 R16 94V

Comes to about £640 for the 4 which seems reasonable to me.

ET is 52.5

I've got ET 40 which can run 225 front and 215 back - which dials out some of the understeer mine feels pretty balanced.

anything above ET 45 will allow you to run 225/45/17 front and back.

are these for winter tyres ?

You've mixed that up. The lower the number, the further the rims come out of the wheel arches, the more distance there is between strut and rim... I've got 8,5" wide rims front and rear (each with 225s). If I went ET45, I would only be able to drive 225 on a 8" wide rim... The higher the ET number is, the further inwards the rim is... The lower the number, the more it will stick out... Thrus it isn't the tire size which is important, it is the rim width...

You can fit a 225 on a 7,5", 8" and 8,5" wide rim... Each have a different "position" in the wells - having the same ET.
