The Big Rebuild to my S70 R
I decided I needed more power and have been rebuilding my S70R engine over the last 13 months to handle a major upgrade in power and performance.
Below are some of the first picture of me stripping the car: My next post will show my upgrades I am going to do. |

Below is a picture of the engine going to re bored and balanced:
Here is a picture of the upgraded high beam rods to handle big horse power *look at the difference* 83 and 84: Here are the upgraded JE Pistons with groves for some piper cams: Here we have an upgraded steel head gasket: Here are 2 piper cams that I had made by piper cams themselves: This is a 19T turbo with a bigger exhaust wheel in it for better boost - this is solely for running the car in - I will be fitting a GT30 on it after: Next is pics of the engine back from being re bored |

I envy you your skill level, I have rebuilt engines in the past but never ventured into modifying at this level, what is the estimated bhp going to be?
