  • VOC Members: There is no login facility using your VOC membership number or the details from page 3 of the club magazine. You need to register in the normal way

Default wheel bolts/nuts

Hi guys decided to replace all 20 wheel nuts and was quoted £83 from Volvo Belfast any ideas were they could be got cheaper e bay has a set for £20 odds
just concerned ref quality although thousands of sets sold and very good feed back on eBay shop
any middle ground quality/affordable products you guys know off

Why are you replacing them and does the Volvo price include lockers?

No lock bolts included need to be desperate to steel my alloys
My bolt's (nearly said nuts) are worn have been using cheap wheel brace telescopic one from halfords and the corners have worn off scared incase end up in trouble with one defo need replacement
Bought a breaker bar and deep socket and tossed the wheel brace

Talk again to the dealer or try another dealer, the price they're quoting is very high, I did mine a few years ago, the originals (2001) weren't chrome, something that only came later. I only needed 16 as I have lockers and I can't remember the exact price but it was no where near like what you've been quoted.

Yea £4 odd each couldn't believe it bloke had to put them back think the eBay bolts will do job ok .don't like lock nuts but disaster waiting to happen .
