Outer bottom ball joint
How difficult a job is changing the outer ball joint on the bottom front wishbone.
It seems when they are put in they have to be hammered into the upright according to the Vida manual Has anybody done this job recently with any tips please? John |

There is enough sticking out over the edge to be able to drift the ball joint out. If you can't you will need to make a puller to remove it (I didn't need to). The torque is quite low for the bolts so don't over tighten.
I did it off the car as I was replacing the lower wishbones at the same time and it wasn't much effort to take the whole unit off. Rob
