Ttv and 850r clutch problem!
Hi guys got a 940 with m90 and ive put in the 850R clutch and ttv flywheel and extended the push rod.
Started the car and to my suprise wouldnt go into gear. Turned car off, put it in gear start it up and you can release the clutch like normal. Bled the slave just incase, still the same. Noticed that when you have your foot on the clutch and try to out the car in gear the car edges forward. Im at a complete loss and thought i needed some new ideas so help? Haha. |

Do you need to alter the height of the clutch arm pivot pin with these flywheels ?
I had to fitting the solid flywheel on my 940 just wondered if that might be the problem you have. |

I can't remember now I will have to look and see what I did. There is a rough measurement rather then washer thickness that I used. I didn't need to extend the pushrod though.
What do TTV make the flywheels for ? It's a shame they can make one that just bolts on instead of the dual mass flywheel. They ought to let buyers know what they need to do to make them work properly, have you asked them ? Last edited by Steve940estate; May 7th, 2015 at 21:08. |

if it still engages with your foot on the clutch then i would say you havent spaced the pivot arm enough
