'04 miss at idle
My 2004 v70 has been having some issues with an occasional miss while idling and I can't quite figure out why. I replaced the spark plugs with new ngk iridiums with the proper gap and it got better, but it still happens sometimes once the engine is warmed up. The coils should be good, the battery is brand new, and the alternator is working properly. Can't figure out why this is happening, any help would be appreciated.

Check the plugs - new ones can be faulty too!

New set fitted and the T5 is purring again. What are the odds of getting two sets of dodgy OEM Volvo plugs, almost nil? As for the NGKs, whenever I've used them in my P2's they don't seem as long lasting as the Volvo OEM's. In my old 850 very relaible and long lasting!

old plugs were ngk's too
The plugs that I pulled out of it were ngk's just like the new ones, and I had no problems with them until the very end where they started this whole misfire problem. I replaced them because they were worn out and the gap on them was pretty big, and they were misfiring like crazy, but before that I never had any problems with them.
