  • VOC Members: There is no login facility using your VOC membership number or the details from page 3 of the club magazine. You need to register in the normal way
  • AOL Customers: Make sure you check the 'Remember me' check box otherwise the AOL system may log you out during the session. This is a known issue with AOL.
  • AOL, Yahoo and Plus.net users. Forum owners such as us are finding that AOL, Yahoo and Plus.net are blocking a lot of email generated from forums. This may mean your registration activation and other emails will not get to you, or they may appear in your spam mailbox

Hello,
Does any one know if myvolvo really works, Ive logged onto the site put in my order number, it says 6 weeks delivery. When I go to 'track your order' the headings are there but the answers are blank, if you see what I mean. Should the headings say anything, or will I have to wait to closer the time ?

Have reason to believe that My Volvo is still 'work in progress' and that full functionality won't be available until week 3.

When I log on for my order all it gives me is the order status, order number, model and year. To get more detail click on the specification link (under Facts about my car on right hand panel) and you will see more.

Apart from the first couple of boxes (those stating engine variant, colour, model year) there is nothing else appearing as all other options are marked 'available after delivery'.

Maybe these bits get updated when you car actually gets to build stage but guess other forum members might be further down the line and may have more knowledge to impart.

Mine says I have 13 weeks to delivery so they're probably still only smelting the steel for mine!

I'm the same a flux on this one. If you're referring to the track my orders headers, the first one should say ordered and the rest are blank until it reaches production, transport, delivery etc

I've got four weeks according to the site. Does anybody know if the site is only updated weekly or if it updates when car goes into production.

I think one should ignore the information given just now, as I think the site is not up and running 100%.
My dealer states Week 11 and My Volve states Week 20.

My Volvo web site is closed for enhancements.
As this is week 3, maybe things will be up and running as they should be soon.

Same for me. The tabs about production and delivery etc. only are released as your car gets to that stage in the cycle.

Better than nothing though for big boys who are waiting for their present to arrive!

Volvo Customer Services told me a couple of months ago that the system was still under development and wouldn't be released properly until some time this year.

Hi, can anyone tell me how to check the weeks? All I can see is my car's ordered and all the other tabs are not available yet. Can't really see anywhere mentioning about the waiting time though.

Not working for me either at the moment.

You should be able to see time scale for delivery as this is on the first screen after log in. Your car rather weirdly appears to be built from under a dust sheet and the timescale is then shown in weeks.
