BLIMPOT Guest Location:	940 se Auto Engine Cutout Help, I love my car, I love my volvo. However it keeps letting me down. The latest is the engine cut outs out and a warning light comes on the dashboard. According to the owners manual its an emissions fault. The car will restart after a while but the light stays on. I have taken it to my dealer and they guess it could breather problems. My local mechanic seems to think it may be the lift pump in the tank.This he says is rare. The volvo dealer tells me the fault code is 121 and 232. This is the third time it has happened and I am loathe to travel any great distance in case I get stranded for good. I just use it for local trips for now. Can anyone help ?
