Fidgad Junior Member Last Online: Jun 17th, 2007 09:42 Join Date: Dec 2004 Location: Wrexham	Diesel not switching off Well I've done all the searching I can and have read many postings of diesels running poorly, not starting etc. My current problem is different. Mine won't stop! When I switch off at the ignition the wngine keeps running although all other indications are normal, i.e. radio switches off and interior light come on. I have to stop it by deliberately stalling it in 2nd or 3rd gear, something which os not going to do it any good in the long run. I suspect a de***t solenoid somewhere in the system but, as there is no mention of the diesel enging in the Haynes book, can anyone advise? Or will I have to go out and buy a Renault book? __________________ Black 340 Redline - missed
