Default C30 2.0d intermittent power loss

Hi

c30 2.0d 2008 non dpf owned for around 2 years, about 12 months ago started intermittent power loss wouldn’t rev above 2500rpm no eml no codes changed fuel filter it has been fine since

Around 4-5 weeks ago problem came back for a couple of days then stopped and was fine again until yesterday problems back if I turn the car off and start again it will drive normal for around 30 seconds then won’t rev over 2500rpm again same symptoms as before but a lot more frequent

I’ve cleaned throttle body, map sensor, maf sensor, blanked egr valve, checked all vacuum lines can’t see any splits in pipes no air bubbles in clear fuel return pipe

Anyone got any suggestion what this could be, I’m thinking maybe turbo control valves is there anyway of testing these before replacing?

Thanks
