Default How to make steering oil pipe for 240?

Hello,
I'm English, in France. A mechanic friend asked if I could track down a steering system oilpipe, Volvo part number 1330232, for a LHD 240.. Skandix shows the part as discontinued https://www.skandix.de/en/spare-part...ystem/1055580/ and other searches have drawn a blank.

I asked why he did not simply fabricate a suitable pipe, as one would do for brake pipes. He explained that the ends were different from normal brake pipe ends and he did not have the gear for making such pipe ends.

I'd be grateful for any help or advice. Is there anywhere to get such pipes made? Are tools for making the special ends available anywhere? Is there any reference that gives the details of the ends of such a pipe?

Many thanks for any information or suggestions.
Martin
