WendyDyer New Member Last Online: Feb 3rd, 2008 03:05 Join Date: Jan 2008 Location: Fayetteville	XC90 Transmission Goes at 60,000 miles We bought a 2003 XC90 from the factory in Sweden and shipped it home to America. The Warranty ran out in March 2007. Conveniently - now, the Transmission is slipping and Volvo said we need a completely new transmission. We have had it in for every service and kept it in pristine condition. Has anyone experienced this problem? I want to know if it is something that should be a part of a recall or what? It appears what caused it was the EPC module celanoid (not sure of spelling) failing which ultimately has caused the transmission to go bad. Anyone out there with any similar problems? Wendy
