Body work repair - should I send it back?

I had some bodywork done which seems quite well done but I have just noticed something not quite right with it. Is this something I should expect with a respray or is it just a poor job? Advice appreciated. The issue I have is with some white marks down the side of the door where the edge has not been sprayed. Picture attached ... I assume this is because it was sprayed with the door shut which means getting into the gap is difficult, or it was taped off maybe. The question is, should I send it back to be resprayed again? The marks can just be seen when the door is closed.
