A V70R is nearer £40K. So to compare apples with apples, you ought to allow cars up to the same price. The short answer to your question is lots. I just had a quick glance at the back of a recent car magazine and in alphabetical order, Alfa have 6 cars that are less than £30K, do 0 to 60 in less than 6.5s and have a top speed around 155mph. That's before you get to Audi and BMW... 250bhp is becoming the norm for hot-hatches these days.
