440 2.0 GLT Suspension
My '95 440 2.0 Auto GLT has been with me for eight years and we couldn't think of parting company! but now it's time to change the shock absorbers and I'd like to consider making it a softer ride. Is it a case of changing the springs all round as well? What I'd really like to know is what shocks and springs should I fit to make the ride slightly less hard. Has anybody done this? Thanks for your help in advance, folks.

most of the modding world do the opposite, however if your really wanting to make the ride softer, get urself some "BOGE" self leveling shocks, there not dear, bout £40 for front and bout £20 for the back(each), if your springs are ok just keep em, the job up front will take a little longer than tha back, if your a dab hand with a spanner, you should have new suspension in about an hour and a half. failing that, deflait you tyres by 10 psi(only joking)
