Not to spoil anyones fun but if youre boosting power have you all notified your Insurance company because you could be caught out if you have a road accident..re s/vic

If you go above 10psi with everything else standard you really need to use optimax or similar if you don't already.
If you get pinking that then goes it could be the ecu has learnt and retarded the ignition. I would be very careful in this situation as there won't be much margin for error and a slightly iffy tank of fuel could be the end of the fun. By accident I ran the non turbo ignition ecu in my car for a while and it went a lot better due to the extra advance. Didn't like nornmal unleded though and pinked quite a lot. |
