If you're not too worried about the fuel bill, for ~150bhp I totally agree with Steve - just bang a set of Webers on it. That will give you a gobload of extra torque. From memory, the B19A had an "A" cam, so a cam upgrade is not as important as it would be on a later B200K model. The cam grind letter is stamped on the back of the cam. The "K" grind came on early 240 GLTs with the B23E engine...1981-1983? 1980 had the hotter-still "H" grind. None are easy to find. The "V" from a B230E (240 and 740 injection) is a decent upgrade, and much more common. There are aftermarket sources, but they're proper money. Remember to budget for a rolling road session with someone who knows what they're doing, to get them jetted properly for your engine. Parts are easier to find for Webers and Dellortos than Solexs (which mine has, and are factory accessories).
Clan's idea of the B230E, or your idea of the B234F (16v) are better from a fuel consumption point of view, but harder to achieve, especially the 16v. I believe the latter may foul the brake master setup. Certainly the only 360 I've seen with a 16v redblock fitted had a remote brake master setup. If it were me, I'd grab myself a set of Webers / Dellortos / Solexs and a suitable manifold (KG Trimning...and I think Dai (Classicswede) stocks them too), then see how I feel about the cam later. In everyday driving, mine was nicer with the original cam in, but pulls better at high RPM with the K. Here's mine at Retro Rides Gathering this year: http://youtu.be/_YfiXIavdV4?t=15s cheers James
