  • VOC Members: There is no login facility using your VOC membership number or the details from page 3 of the club magazine. You need to register in the normal way
  • AOL Customers: Make sure you check the 'Remember me' check box otherwise the AOL system may log you out during the session. This is a known issue with AOL.
  • AOL, Yahoo and Plus.net users. Forum owners such as us are finding that AOL, Yahoo and Plus.net are blocking a lot of email generated from forums. This may mean your registration activation and other emails will not get to you, or they may appear in your spam mailbox

Yes the whole range has been superceeded to the new type for at least the last year ... last time i looked they were £40 something + vat a set .

Cheers, Clan, that's a saving of about £10 on what i was quoted for replacing them with the originals and might just persuade me to buy a set in view of the criticisms of the McGards.

EDIT: I've just reread my post above and realised that if the '£40 something' is actually around the £49 mark then maybe, with VAT, that's what i was quoted for. D'oh! Still, i'll look into this..... :

Probably not. A dealer is unlikely to add on the vat until you've accepted the quote - just in case that changes your mind

The main dealer i use (MRG Chippenham) are very honest and tend to either quote with VAT included or make it clear that it's minus the VAT. However, one way or another if i buy a set i'll keep you posted.
