Need a bit more detail here Malc.
When did it cut out ? When you were moving ? When you were idling ? Give us some clues ! |

booked the car into local garage,as nearest volvo dealership 30 miles away, but they say might not be able to read the fault, so question, would this be the lambo light? as i`ve done 160,000 miles in the car but never changed this sensor,is it worth just doing this and seeing,if the garage can`t read faults, ive had most things renewed in the last couple of years.malcolmk

The garage may be able to produce you a code, if not you will need to make a trip to Volvo and this code will point them towards rectifying the problem... Jod

all fixed,it was the air flow meter, lets hope nothing else goes, i am getting to the point of getting rid,and possibly leasing a car,it`s now 15 years old,so i fancy something a bit newer now,Malcolmk
