Enjoyed our day out to Bentley
Its a interesting place. Looks like many people Camp there for a Holiday etc . Car museum is more akin to a "collection" and not a lot of space around the cars to get a good look. The Dark Blue Lagonda is truly lovely. What shocked us the most was the level of Catering etc . FAR FAR better than we expected to be honest . And in a totally different league to the "Terrible food served at the "Bluebell Railway" . Just good honest food served with a little extra style. There is masses of car parking which must be good for "meets " The trains and the "wood" are great fun to ride and walk around . Did not get close to the "Nut cases " in the medieval dress !! Never made it into the main house . That looks a lot smaller than expected. Looks more like a large garden house on a large estate etc 7/10 I give it ! |

Well made it to Sunny Eastbourne! Van load and 940 Estate packed to the rafters, still unpacking 2 days on........
Looking forward to life back on the South Coast, and meeting up with other southern owners at the monthly meetings and the summer meet up. Once again, if any of you know of or can recommend any garages round this way I'd be grateful. Just a shame that down here I can't wash the 940 with a hose........bloomin pain, it's a long job with a sponge!!
