1998 s40 t4

For sale is my daily runabout as I have bought another car to use for the commute to work. The car is in great condition and has only covered 87000 miles from new. IIRC I am the third owner and the previous owner had the car for most of its life. It has the cloth interior and I will leave in the Greddy electronic boost gauge which was quite expensive a while back when I bought it. It has been lowered 40mm on PI springs and the car is a really good drive. It does not smoke and many parts have been replaced in my ownership. I will even include a full synthetic oil and filter for the next change as I haven't done it yet. I only cover 3000 miles a year so need something else to use which I have bought. Some of the parts changed in my ownership are genuine lower arms, front ARB bushes, droplinks, suspension top mounts and much more which I cant think of at the minute. I will include in the sale also the newer updated rear clusters which have yet to be fitted and reside in the boot. Mot is new done on Saturday so a fresh 12 months. Tax expires today the end of April so I will sorn the car after today.

Bad bits- other than some paint peel on the rear spoiler, few paint marks and rear bumper corner scrapes (all the previous owner) and a slight rattle from the front suspension area there are no problems. I haven't had time to fix the rattle so will leave it as is because the car is in great condition with very low miles for the year and the new owner will be receiving a great car plus I simply can't get any time to work on it. I'm posting the adds from the work computer.

I still have a few Volvos so wont be moving away from them just yet but funds from this will help the track car.

gutted, i've been quoted around £500 to get my 98 t4 through it's m.o.t, kinda guessed it was gonna be pricey 'cause i knew what it was needing when i dropped her off last night
