Default Few tuning questions

Hello,i have bought Ross parkers old s40 T4 last week(Blue stripped out trackcar) and have a few queries. Its going into the local volvo specalist on thursday as the Crankshaft position sensor needs replacing as the management lights on.So im lead to believe its been remapped, has anyone got any recommendations where i can take it as i want to get more power out of it,fitting a front mount intercooler etc. Also i want to take the front seats out and put buckets in it as its so stripped out now anyway, and the plan is to use it as a trackday/daily,would i have trouble with the SIPS system, also does anyone know where i could get a half cage for it?Thanks in advance
Paul

You can place a 2Ohm resistor in the SIPS connector and that should solve you SRS light.

http://volvospeed.com/vs_forum/topic...ummy-resistor/

Search more and you may find more info.

Quote:
Use SRS Special Test
Resistor (998 8695) in place of air bag module(s) or seat
belt tensioner when testing resistance of any SRS circuit.
SRS Special Test Resistor (998 8695) specified resistance is
1.8-2.5 ohms, which is same as components it replaces.

So a 2ohm resistor would do just fine. Cool beans.
