V40 2001 Salvage

Need to sell my V40 pictured below

This is the only pic I have handy, taken when I was doing an Oil change. I'm in Fareham, but the car is in Ealing London at my parents house. I've done most of the work on it from Cam Belt, to Oil changes.

The cam belt has slipped soo many teeth it dosent start, the aux belt tensioner is broken and it needs a new aux belt. So with a new tensioner, Auxbelt, and resetting of the Cam Belt, the car should run. But I have no idea if there has been any valve damage or any other damage to the engine.

Its a V reg (2001) 1.9 tdi with Renault engine (D4192T2), done 166k miles. Metalic Silver, has got winter pack which means heated seats and headlamp wiper although the latter do not work and were ripped off, had new Siemens MAF and new LUCAS alternator fitted 2 months ago, done 5k miles since then, had new PAS pump fitted in Oct 2010 and the Cambelt done at the same time, 4 new tyres, fronts are Michelin Energy savers that have only seen 20k miles. The front suspension on both sides and front member is all new; I crashed in the ice/snow in Jan '11 and knocked out the suspension. Hence garage fitted new suspension on both sides.

Am looking for offers in the region of £500 for the whole car. Theres no MOT but there is half a tank of Diesel.

Be interested in the roof rails if you can remove them. How much would youwant for them?

Ebay has a pair on for £80

I have the alternator, MAF, Roof Rails, and door mirrors off the car now.
