'72 Manual 145E
Hi All,
My new winter project is arriving on sunday so my wife has decided that the barge has to go. He is MOT'd until about next June (I'll check!) and makes a weekly 300 mile round trip with me. He is also my daily hack. Needs lots of scrapes in the paint sorting but the interior is immaculate and a symphony of brown. Only 83000 covered and tax exempt. Manual 4 speed which is much better on fuel than you'd think - and believe me I've put that 3000 miles on myself since I put him back on the road! He has had the 7 seat conversion but it needs some work. I've been using him as a van to transport my mountain bike about. Not sure what he's worth so make me some offers. He's available for viewing in Gloucestershire along with cups of tea and biscuits if required ;-) Please PM me or email sigane@hotmail.co.uk Cheers, Si |

Some pics from today. Lots of interest now and if he doesn't go tomorrow, he's going on eBay as my new project just passed MOT.
I have just realised that I haven't taken any under bonnet photos, I'll post some on here tomorrow. |

Thanks Richard. Its on the Bay now and within 30 mins of the ad going live it had 68 watchers and 5 buy it now offers!!!
eBay auction ad is 251156030421 Now the weather has turned so bad, I'm not sure my '72 Triumph Spitfire 6 cyl is quite the car, even with its hard top and I'm considering taking the behemoth off the auction :-) |

Did you sell it? Saw auction had ended but it looked like the reserve wasn't met- you really ought to get a good price for it- nice colour, un mucked with, fuel injection......id like it myself!

Sold
Hi Jimmy,
Yes it sold mate. Someone on here saw it, came over and paid me £1500 on the spot! That's why it looked like the reserve didn't make, it does that when you remove it from the auction. Well happy and the best thing is the guy turned up in a Triumph GT6 just like mine! He only lives 5 miles away and told me to come and see it after the respray. :-) |

Blimey - so my guestimate of at least £1200 wasn't far off the mark then....
well done for selling
